Yoga For Beginners
This class is designed to introduce the wonderful world of yoga. Postures which are mainly used in the lotus flow as well as other classical postures and correct breathing will be learned step-by-step. Emphasis is placed on understanding each posture, always in a safe environment. Eventually these postures will be linked together into a gentle flowing sequence. This Vinyasa-based class will build heat and strength while maintaining a good awareness and focus on the breath.
Céline’s yoga journey started shortly after her first yoga class when she realized that yoga is not only an exercise of the different asanas, but goes way beyond that. The silence of the mind, the sense of being grounded while at the same time, flowing. The healing power of each movement leads you through everything. Focus and breath.
In summer 2015 Céline completed her 200 hours yoga teacher training at the Laughing Lotus Studio in New York. She enjoys to flow and explore creative movements on the mat and loves to share her passion with you.
