POWER FLOW YOGA
Power Flow Yoga is based on the Ashtanga method but is also inspired by modern styles, such as, Vinyasa Yoga. Power Flow Yoga combines several internal and external techniques including breathing, meditation, posture and conscious movement, to promote physical and mental health and perception.
This is a powerful, energetic, playful flowing class with a strong emphasis on breath and allows beginners, intermediate and advanced students to benefit in the same class. "All levels" means that even if you've never practiced or you're an experienced practitioner, you'll feel at home, challenged, and at ease.
Classes are taught by Christine Fostvedt-Mills who has been practicing yoga for over 15 years and is very passionate about sharing its positive mental and physical health effects. For Christine, Yoga is a tool that can be used to cope with hectic and busy lifestyles, to reset your mind, and also unlock your inner strength and potential for a more fulfilling life. Christine is originally from the UK and is happily settled in Oslo with her Norwegian husband and twin babies. She has been successfully teaching yoga for 6 years and has her qualification from the "It's Yoga" Institute in Thailand.
